Data Retention
- API activity logs are retained for up to 180 days unless a shorter period is requested via support.
- Account records are preserved while your subscription remains active or as required by law.
- Critical security telemetry may be archived to comply with regulatory obligations.
Your Choices
- You can update profile, billing, and API key settings at any time from the dashboard.
- Support requests can be submitted to privacy@loginguards.com to access, export, or delete personal data.
- Enterprise customers may request custom data handling terms via their account representative.
Security
- LoginGuards encrypts data in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
- Administrative access is protected with multi-factor authentication and audited regularly.
- Customers are responsible for safeguarding their API keys and enforcing least-privilege access.
