Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the LoginGuards API, dashboard, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Use of the Service

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys.
  • You will comply with applicable laws, security best practices, and rate limits described in your plan.
  • You may not use the service to build a competing credential intelligence product without prior written consent.

Billing & Plans

  • Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected in the dashboard or agreed upon via contract.
  • Overage, enterprise, or custom pricing terms will be detailed in separate order forms when applicable.
  • Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of access to the service.

Availability & Support

  • LoginGuards targets industry-standard uptime and will notify customers of planned maintenance windows.
  • Support requests can be opened via support@loginguards.com or through the dashboard ticketing interface when available.
  • We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, except when required to address emergent security issues.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice unless superseded by contract.
  • Upon termination, you must delete all API keys and cease use of the service.
  • Certain obligations, such as payment of outstanding fees and confidentiality, survive termination.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
  • LoginGuards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
  • Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
